Very expected game when 11th rankedSnakes (2-8) were defeated on the road by third ranked Decin (8-3) 102-88 on Saturday. Decin forced 22 MS Academy turnovers and outrebounded them 51-33 including a 24-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Decin looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a great evening for Marek Houska who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Martin Kucirek helped adding 19 points and 6 rebounds. Four Decin players scored in double figures. Naturalized Slovakian forward Jozef Jursa (204-2008) responded with 22 points and 8 rebounds and Viktor Novak scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Decin maintains third place with 8-3 record having just two points less than leader Pardubice, which they share with USK Praha. MS Academy lost their eighth game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with eight games lost.
